Our only business is helping people buy or sell a business.
V.R. London is usually paid by the Vendor upon completion of the sale.
Both the seller and the buyer benefit from dealing with a specialist who is concerned with presenting a properly priced business to a marketplace focused on the acquistion of businesses.
All of our sales representatives are licensed under the Ministry of Consumer and Corporate Relations, and have a broad background in business. Each is capable of helping both the buyer and the seller through most of the complexities of buying or selling a business.
At V.R. London we believe that only serious buyers and sellers ever get around to completing a transaction. It takes time to buy or sell a business and we understand the concerns of both parties. You are the one who will decide when the timing is right for you. Our role is to provide the information and guidance you require to make your decision.
Our income is dependent on the completion of sales. The buyer should realize that we are not interested in marketing a business we believe is unlikely to sell. Our goal is to match buyers with businesses that meet their personal needs, expertise and financial capabilities.
A Business Broker provides a forum or marketplace in which all participants come together for the sole purpose of buying or selling a business.
We know what information is required by the buyer before making a decision to purchase the business. We will compile this information and present it to potential buyers in a professional manner.
Representing the seller, we will market the business in a confidential manner and screen out unqualified buyers, allowing the owner to concentrate on the management of the business. When the owner's time is required, they will know they are dealing with truly interested and informed parties.
Both the buyer and the seller can be assured that V.R. London and it's representatives believe strongly in the need to keep information confidential.
Before any information concerning the business is given to a potential purchaser, that person is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement whereby they agree to keep the information confidential. Such information is to be used only for the purpose of evaluating the business.
Buyers are required to return the information provided by V.R. London if they decide not to pursue a specific opportunity.Confidential information provided by the buyer will be used by V.R. London only to determine the size and type of business the buyer can realistically afford.
V.R. London will discuss with each buyer the various types of businesses they are interested in and record this information in our computer system. Each new business is entered into our computer and all buyers who are interested in that type of business will be advised of this new opportunity.
