I have to confess that William is to some extent a hypothetical construct. Each new bit of information which is uncovered about William only seems to add to the mystery and confusion. However, because there is clearly at least one William Tremells, other than the William B. who was the father of Robert, Margaret Jane and Richard, I have made the assumption that William B. and Margaret had a son William.
This much is known of the younger William Tremells, whomever he may be.
